Taylor Crocetti

Owner, L2 Certified Crossfit Coach

Taylor brings 4 years of valuable CrossFit Affiliate ownership experience and 7 years of dedicated coaching expertise.

Her CrossFit journey began as a broke college student when she rode her bike to a local box offering to clean the facility in exchange for membership. From there, her love for CrossFit deepened over time and she became committed to improving her knowledge and expertise in the sport.

Taylor places a large emphasis on building mental fortitude in her athletes, firmly believing in holding each member to standards that align with their personal goals, providing both accountability and motivation.

Kristin Ingle

Owner – L1 Certified CrossFit Coach

Kristin has been part of the CrossFit community for years and loves helping athletes of all levels build strength and confidence. As a mom of three, she knows firsthand what it’s like to train through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the everyday challenges of life.

She’s passionate about creating a supportive space where everyone feels empowered to show up and grow.

Alex Ingle

Owner – L1 Certified CrossFit Coach

Alex discovered CrossFit in 2014 while in college after coming across a few training videos online — the intensity and community instantly caught his attention. That curiosity quickly grew into a passion for functional fitness and human performance.

After earning his degree from Appalachian State University, Alex gained hands-on experience working with Clemson University’s football strength and conditioning program. He also earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, expanding his knowledge of movement, performance, and athlete development.

As a coach, Alex is driven by helping people accomplish things they never thought possible. He believes that CrossFit is beneficial for everyone — regardless of background or experience — and that consistent effort and commitment to the process lead to real, lasting results.

Outside the gym, Alex enjoys playing guitar, tackling house projects (both indoors and out), and spending time with his wife and three children.
